Job Description

Purpose: 

The Manager, Business Systems plays a critical role in supporting enterprise software systems at Intelerad. This individual drives prioritization and disciplined execution of Business Systems work through project management, Change Control, and operational efficiency. This highly-visible role partners with all areas of the business to identify cross-functional impact and create strategic alignment. The Manager directly supervises a technical team of administrators and developers maintaining critical enterprise applications, including Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, and OpenAir.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

• Manages 5-7 systems administrators/developers

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Manage major Business Systems projects from business case to delivery, including M&A integrations, software selections/implementations, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Run bi-weekly change management cadence, including Change Control Board meetings with business stakeholders and sprint check-ins with Business Systems team
• Manage resource capacity within Business Systems and assign work based on skill needs and availability
• Oversee software administrators/developers day-to-day, supervise project delivery and quality management
• Facilitate annual performance management cycle, including goal setting/tracking, weekly check-ins, and performance reviews
  • Demonstrate and coach Intelerad values within the Business Systems team
• Hire new technical resources to maintain coverage levels for all platforms
• Drive accountability with software development lifecycle and change control processes
• Identify team performance risks within the Business Systems created by skill gaps, resource capacity, low employee performance, or external factors
• Create, run, and circulate metrics reports on incidents and changes on expected cadence (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
• Maintain and enforce documentation standards for architecture, environment management, and changes
• Assist with management of software and consulting vendors for project scoping, contract/SOW negotiation, budget monitoring, and deliverable accountability
• Support Director in department budget creation and Agile forecast management
• Serve as backup and support for Director in team management, when needed
• Participate in Business Systems operating cadence, cross-training initiatives, and incident triage process

Qualifications

Required Experience/Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience 
• 3+ years of experience in IT team leadership, supporting ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications
  • Additional former experience as system administrator or analyst in at least one Tier 1 enterprise software environment preferred
  • Previous experience with Salesforce (particularly CPQ), NetSuite, and/or ServiceNow highly desirable
• Knowledge of best practices in software development teams and projects
• Demonstrated history of project management successes in high-velocity environments
• Participation in at least 3 M&A integrations, focused on technology transition, with project management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Prospect-to-Cash business processes
