About the role

<p></p> <p></p> <p>Would you like to join an international organisation in Brussels and gain valuable experience in the banking sector? We are looking for a Customer Account Relations &amp; Support Assistant to join a dynamic team as part of a maternity leave replacement.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>You will work in a structured environment within a team of 4 people,&nbsp;contributing to the smooth management of customer accounts and administrative processes.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><u>Main Responsibilities</u></p> <ul> <li>Manage the opening and closing of current accounts based on client requests</li> <li>Analyse official documents related to company structures (articles of association, mandates, etc.)</li> <li>Handle KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures</li> <li>Update and maintain client files (legal documents, company data, authorised signatories)</li> <li>Monitor and verify client profiles within internal systems</li> <li>Prepare and submit regulatory reports (BNB, FSMA, etc.)</li> <li>Manage official communication with clients</li> <li>Provide daily customer support</li> <li>Coordinate with various internal departments (IT, Compliance, etc.)</li> </ul> <p></p> <ul> <li>Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration</li> <li>Excellent command of English and Italian, with a good level of French (intermediate level acceptable)</li> <li>Junior profile welcome (recent graduates encouraged to apply)</li> <li>Mature, rigorous, and conscientious</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Calm, well-balanced, and professional attitude</li> <li>Strong academic background and language skills are key selection criteria</li> </ul>
