Commercial Finance Analyst

<p>Business Analyst/ Commercial Finance Analyst (m/w/d)</p><p></p><p>Tasks:</p><ul><li>Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports and analyses for Finance and Sales departments within set deadlines</li><li>Create and maintain Power BI reports</li><li>Ensure consistent, high-quality data management</li><li>Support local teams in increasing the usage of business intelligence tools</li><li>Provide support and training to stakeholders for preparing customer budgets and forecasts using the common tool</li><li>Test, implement, and further develop statistical models for the customer budget and forecast tool</li><li>Manage and follow up on projects</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders and collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, etc.</li></ul><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred)</li><li>1–3 years of experience in controlling, sales controlling, business analysis, or similar functions (preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Power BI and MS Excel; willingness to work with various IT systems and tools and ability to handle large datasets</li><li>Fluency in English (mandatory)</li><li>Team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Proactive, strategic, and analytical mindset; results-oriented, accountable, and confident in challenging situations with strong problem-solving abilities</li></ul><p></p><p><span>What We Offer:</span></p><ul><li>We offer a competitive salary starting at €45,301.34 gross per year (collective agreement minimum salary based on 38 hours/week), with the possibility of overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.</li><li>Flexible working hours and home office options.</li><li>A pleasant working atmosphere in an internationally growing company, in the center of Vienna.</li><li>The opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects, develop your skills and advance your career in international environment in the region of 8 countries.</li></ul><p></p>
