Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as a Senior Engineering- Maintenance. This role will enable you to oversee and ensure planned maintenance in building & utility machinery and identify countermeasures to guarantee uninterrupted services for the organization with a safe working 
environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure regular monitoring of all related parameters of critical engineering functions (A/C, boilers, compressors, generators, water treatment, etc.), identify deviations, take countermeasures & communicate to relevant parties to ensure uninterrupted services for the plant. 
• Take lead in identifying, preparing and closely 
  following up on preventive maintenance schedules for relevant machines & equipment whilst managing workshop resources (maintenance team, machinery, tools & spare parts) to ensure uninterrupted services. 
• Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of the Skill Matrix of the maintenance team by identifying skill gaps and monitoring their training and development process to have a multiskilled team. 
• Conduct analysis of the current situation and identify requirements, negotiate with internal and external suppliers to obtain quotations & approvals thereby meeting plant standards and requirements on time. 
• Obtain and maintain relevant licenses, certifications (pressure vessel, electrical, structural, etc.) and approvals (BOI, labour department, etc.) to fulfill customer and legal requirements.
• Work in collaboration with the health & safety officer to adhere and implement compliance requirements, health & safety procedures including fire safety within the factory premises.
• Ensure required maintenance standards of the building by, identifying deviations (Repairing, painting, etc.) and develop countermeasures within minimum cost & fulfilling additional internal customer requirements and needs (lighting, partitions, blinds, etc.).
• Oversee and ensure regular monitoring of utilities (electricity, water, etc.) and take countermeasures to reduce consumption & cost. 
• Train, develop and supervise Executives & staff grade employees on Maintenance related functions such that they have the right skill set & competencies to achieve set objectives.
• Conduct inspection and calibration of special 
  machines to maintain the standard working condition of machines.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering  
• 2-4 years of related experience in the relevant field 
• Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset 
• Ability to work with limited supervision 
• Take lead as an when required  
• Strong communication and leadership skills 
• Knowledge on MOS and Lean
