Role:
Come join the Office of the CDIO team and be a part of the Digital Technology (DT) transformation. In this role, you’ll own the development and execution of the Learning and Development strategy for the DT organization.
Your first job will be to partner closely with the DT leadership team to define the learning and enablement roadmap for DT. To build a successful roadmap, you will need to bring your thought leadership, partner with key stakeholders to identify business requirements, understand existing challenges and capabilities, and scope out a detailed approach for implementation. Once the roadmap is in place, you will lead L&D program execution, partnering with internal SMEs, our DT Leadership Team, Talent Development, vendors, and contractors to create the right learning strategy for Digital Technology.
What you get to do in this role:
Create:
- Create the global strategy and foundation for Learning and Development across Digital Technology.
- Build a deep understanding of DT - strategies, goals, challenges, and capability gaps and provide solutions to address the needs across early in career, mid-career, and leadership levels.
- Develop strategic partnerships with leaders to create, deliver, and evolve a training strategy and accompanying roadmap that enables our managers and individual contributors across all DT roles – including software engineers, program managers, and product management teams - to continue to fuel our growth.
- Implement DT-wide programming for 1,800+ global employees, working closely with other members of the Office of the CDIO, Leadership in DT, DT People Team, ServiceNow Talent Acquisition and Development team, and SMEs across the organization.
Collaborate:
- Work proactively and collaboratively with stakeholder leadership to assess and identify needed learning interventions and success factors.
- Provide thought leadership by staying abreast of new L&D trends to meet stakeholder needs and identify new offerings and methods.
- Build a small team and source and identify the right vendors to design, develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality learning that enables employees to execute on pace with the business.
Deliver & Measure:
- Build specific training programs to support the overall vision and roadmap (i.e. onboarding, technical learning, engagement, performance, early in career, and skill development
