JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Business Technology Analyst I - Government Operations Consultant I position in the General Tax Administration Program, Business Technology Office, Compliance and Refunds Management Unit. The incumbent is responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of various applications within the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX). The incumbent also conducts requirements gathering sessions with customers, documents the requirements in the form of written specifications, works with programmers in the development of the systems requirements, conducts testing on system changes, and conducts customer training.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.    
  • Two years of experience working in the Receivables Management Process.        
  • Two years of experience working within the Collections Case Management System.      
  • Two years of experience managing collection cases.

SALARY: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $4,006.60 monthly/$48,079.20 annually.
