Operations Associate

What is this role?

As a Operations Associate for Cirkul, you will be responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage and shipment of product. This individual will be responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of production to the shipment of products to external retail customers.

 

What does an average day look like? 

Driving Results: Be an integral part of completing shipments for our retail customers by completing important duties related to the process.

Taking Ownership: Provide guidance and coordinate daily operations within the shipping warehouse by utilizing our warehouse team.

Making Decisions: Help ensure the completion of daily operations and use discretion to place priority on tasks the need to be completed in cooperation with other associates, Managers, and Directors. 

Cultivating Relationships: Work closely with program directors and managers to establish consistent avenues of communication that allow for smooth flow of information.

Instilling Trust: Collaborate and execute special projects, including suggesting possible areas of improvement and new tactics that could be implemented.

Customer Focus: Monitor and report any inefficiencies within the shipping process and the quality assurance aspect of the process as well.

 

What background should you have?

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, able to use initiative and work independently.
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office/Google Sheets skills.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in operations management, development and implementation of policies and procedures.
