Senior People Operations Specialist

You will work closely with the Head of People Enablement to build the operational infrastructure that underpins a high-performing and people-centric organisation.</p><h3 dir="ltr"><strong>What you will be doing</strong></h3><p dir="ltr">As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping the foundations of our People function. Your work will ensure legal compliance, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience as we grow across markets.</p><ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Own and evolve our core People Ops processes, with a strong focus on compliance and administration (e.g labour law, sick leave, parental leave).</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Lead complex employee cases with professionalism, empathy, and diligence - particularly in Sweden and the UK occasionally involving US contexts.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Act as the point of contact for migration and relocation matters, coordinating with external partners and ensuring a smooth experience for international hires.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support the implementation of scalable people policies, handbooks, templates, and workflows that meet both regulatory requirements and our company culture.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ensure our employment practices are aligned with Swedish, British, and American legislation.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Partner with Finance and Legal to align payroll, benefits, and compliance processes.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Contribute to a high-trust, high-performance culture by being a go-to person for employees on operational and case-related matters.</p></li> </ul><h3 dir="ltr"><strong>Who you are</strong></h3><p dir="ltr">In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have seen some stuff… We would love it if you have experience working in a fast-growing organisation where you have had to scale People Ops continually to keep up with growth. When we call your references, they will tell us about your can-do attitude and willingness to take on challenges in the midst of ambiguity. More than that, we believe that you have:</p><ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">5+ years of experience in People Operations or People roles, with a strong focus on employment law, case handling, and HR administration in Sweden.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent project management skills — structured, detail-oriented, and capable of driving initiatives from strategy to execution.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">The ability to communicate clearly, build trust easily, and bring empathy and discretion to employee interactions.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Fluency in Swedish and English (written and verbal).
