Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>As Adyen continues to expand and deepen our product suite, we are looking for a senior product pricing strategist to help us develop and implement the best monetization, packaging and pricing strategies. You will work closely together with different teams such as Product Management, Commercial Strategy and Finance. Your work will be instrumental in continuing to drive Adyen’s growth and you’ll play a major role in shaping the future of Adyen.</p> <p>You will be part of our global commercial pricing team which helps define the best value-based pricing strategies and provides price guidance to the commercial organization. In addition, we enable all commercial teams in creating the best commercial price proposals by providing them with means such as tools, insights and training. Finally, we monitor price developments to be able to spot trends and identify opportunities for improvement.</p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Redefine the monetization strategy for our full offering,</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop and own pricing and packaging strategies for our current and future product offering, taking our commercial strategy and different customer segments into account,</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with Product, Commercial and Finance teams on a daily basis and maintain relationships with senior leaders,</p> </li> <li> <p>Train and coach Product teams and other stakeholders on the value-based pricing approach and help define the best pricing models for new products and services,</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate a wide variety of information into simple and actionable price guidelines,</p> </li> <li> <p>Grow the commercial pricing team’s expertise around defining and execution monetization, pricing and packaging strategies.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial pricing related role, preferably in the technology and B2B sector,</p> </li> <li> <p>A good understanding of what it takes to develop pricing strategies, as well as the ability to execute those,</p> </li> <li> <p>An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a high pace environment where you need to continuously prioritize,</p> </li> <li> <p>An effective communicator and can build your own network in a global company,</p> </li> <li> <p>Have experience delivering projects from beginning to end,</p> </li> </ul> <p>Please note that this role is a full-time position in Amsterdam.
