Let’s light up the future together! </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Currently, we are looking for a <strong>Senior Accoutant</strong> to be part of our global team working together towards our mission – to bring meaningful moments to people in connected public spaces. As <strong>Senior Accoutant</strong>, you will be part of the <u>Accouting Team</u> (5 people).</p><p><u><strong>What you will do</strong></u> :</p><p>In the ERP system D365, for Schréder SA (Headquarters of the Schréder Group, with multiple VAT numbers within Europe) :</p><p>In charge of the Accounts payables related tasks</p><ul><li>Process of the AP non-Trade, Trade and Fixed Assets invoices</li><li>Process of the Pre-payments request </li><li>Follow-up of the automated (LRD) Intercos transactions on a daily base</li><li>Follow-up of the AP related requests </li></ul><p>In charge of the Accounts receivables related tasks</p><ul><li>Calculation of the Management fees and Royalties to be invoiced</li><li>Creation of the sales invoices for non-Trade transactions</li><li>Monitoring of the AR ageing balances and of the open items (clearings, statements, …)</li><li>Customer creation in D365</li></ul><p>Banks and Treasury :</p><ul><li>Preparation of the payment runs</li><li>Cash-flow preparation</li></ul><p>Participation to the month-end close</p><ul><li>Accruals (suppliers invoices to be received, and other accruals)</li><li>Allocations for the invoices</li><li>Back-up for the other closes tasks</li></ul><p>Monthly reporting in the tool</p><p>Audits</p><ul><li>Preparation of the supporting documents for the audits</li><li>Answers to the auditors when necessary.</li></ul><p>Support to the team for all the other tasks</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>At Schréder, entrepreneurship and a growth mindset are essential.
