Therefore, join us and be part of the tech community inside our firm.  </p><p><strong>Location: Bucharest, Sibiu, Cluj, Brasov, Timisoara and Iasi.</strong></p><p><strong>Primary Functions and Tasks:</strong> </p><ul> <li>Execute user interface designs from product requirements and UI specifications</li> <li>Develop component UI architectures, providing reusable UI elements</li> <li>Apply design principles and user experience to implement high-fidelity Mock-ups as well as interaction flows</li> <li>Collaborate with back-end developers to develop a scalable, standardized and flexible UI architecture</li> <li>Investigate and address possible issues in the UI</li> <li>Bug fixing</li> <li>Provide expertise and mentoring for user interface design and testing to project teams</li> <li>Adapting the interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies</li> <li>Making complex technical and design decisions for Frontend projects</li> <li>Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support</li> <li>Perform code reviews and enforce code quality standards and best practices</li> <li>Maintain thorough documentation of frontend codebases and components</li> <li>Communicate complex technical ideas and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Contribution to defining coding standards and frontend architecture</li> <li>Mentoring/coaching experience for junior team members</li> <li>Contribute to defining architecture and long-term frontend strategies</li> <li>Lead by example and support the development of team best practices</li> </ul><p><strong>We are looking for: </strong> </p><ul> <li>5+ years of Frontend Development experience with Angular 4+</li> <li>Strong proficiency in TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS</li> <li>Writing cross-browser compatible code</li> <li>Proven experience on working with REST API Design</li> <li>Write and maintain unit tests using JEST or similar tools</li> <li>Deep understanding of component-based architecture and state management</li> <li>Skill for writing reusable components</li> <li>Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application</li> <li>Version Control – GIT</li> <li>Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills</li> <li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to meet tight deadlines</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken English</li> <li>Ability to work independently and make technical decisions</li> <li>The capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)</li> <li>Awareness of security best practices in frontend (XSS, CSRF mitigation, etc.)</li> <li> </li> </ul><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience with Agile, Scrum</li> <li>Microsoft Azure environment experience</li> <li>Mobile-first UI implementation</li> <li>Experience with Angular 17+ and new features of higher versions</li> <li>Ability to follow Figma (or similar tools) designs provided by the UI/UX person and implement them according to specifications</li> <li>Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), performance optimization</li> <li>Experience with <strong>NgRx</strong> or other state management libraries</li> <li>Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture or mono-repo strategies</li> <li>Experience with E2E testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress)</li> </ul><p><strong>Offer:</strong> </p><p><strong>Compensation package:</strong> </p><ul> <li>Our compensation package includes a fixed salary with yearly evaluation and quarterly performance-related bonus, meal tickets, Easter and Christmas gift vouchers, as well as seniority, referral bonus, and peer-to-peer recognition.  </li> </ul><p><strong>Health and Wellbeing:</strong> </p><ul> <li>Our benefits package includes extra paid vacation days, hybrid working model, quality private medical subscription for employee and their families, and gym options. </li> </ul><p><strong>Professional growth:</strong> </p><ul> <li>A learning-oriented organization with customized training
