Senior Operations Lead - Technical

We currently have around 70 employees in our offices in Linköping, Stockholm, and Darlington.</p><h3>What’s the role?</h3><p>The Senior Operations Lead – Technical will be responsible for leading the engineering and survey sensors design. Work tasks include:</p><ul> <li>Input into the technical road map and design of the survey sensor setup for the R&amp;D team in Linköping, acting as the key link between Manta Operations and Manta R&amp;D team</li> <li>Continuously look for improvements and developments in relation to survey design, efficiency and quality</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with colleagues, aligning with departmental and organizational goals, ensuring optimal resource utilization</li> <li>Provide support to ensure a successful outcome of technical requirements of project operations</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>Who are we looking for?</h3><ul> <li>Extensive experience of offshore survey and preferably a background as offshore survey tech with strong technical knowledge</li> <li>Extensive experience of fault finding and survey design, including cabling, survey sensor setups, and ROV/AUV sensor interface</li> <li>Experience in delivering engineering and survey sensor support in the offshore arena or another transferable industry</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3>What we offer</h3><p>We are a part of the established international company PXGEO, with marine operations worldwide.
