Senior Operations Lead - Survey

We currently have around 70 employees in our offices in Linköping, Stockholm, and Darlington.</p><h3>What’s the role?</h3><p>The Senior Operations Lead – Survey maintains daily logistics for the survey operations, focusing on the operational parts of the survey to enhance project support and efficiency. Work tasks include:</p><ul> <li>Participate in specific survey projects and operational tasks when assigned</li> <li>Provide project support including assistance to offshore and onshore team</li> <li>Regularly review hardware and software for updates and oversee the implementation of selected developments</li> <li>Manage communications with software and hardware manufacturers</li> <li>Develop and refine survey setups and methodologies</li> <li>Responsibility for operational and survey reports</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>Who are we looking for?</h3><ul> <li>Detailed knowledge of, and extensive experience with, marine survey methods and technologies relating to offshore geophysical survey and remote operation centers  </li> <li>Good working knowledge of Navigation and positioning systems (Navigation software, Integrated Navigation Systems, DGPS, Acoustic positioning, Inertial Navigation Systems, Hydrography equipment, Motion sensors, etc.)</li> <li>Good knowledge and understanding of offshore survey and related EHSQ, preferably background as Senior Surveyor and/or Project Surveyor</li> <li>Strong knowledge of survey planning, tender support and excellent communication skills with both internal teams and clients</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3>What we offer</h3><p>We are a part of the established international company PXGEO, with marine operations worldwide.
