This is your chance to join the C&amp;A team as Senior Manager Total Rewards.</p> <h2><b>Your responsibilities</b></h2> <ul> <li> <p><span>Conduct comprehensive market research to provide benchmarking insights for compensation and benefits.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Collaborate with People &amp; Culture and hiring managers to align job roles with competitive compensation ranges.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Develop and maintain salary structures and pay bands based on industry standards.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Assist in designing, implementing, and communicating employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Analyze compensation trends to recommend adjustments for talent attraction and retention.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Provide expertise on compensation matters during organizational changes and support internal stakeholders' queries.</span></p> </li> </ul> <h2><b>What you bring</b></h2> <ul> <li> <p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis or a related People &amp; Culture function.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>In-depth understanding of compensation structures, market trends, and benchmarking methodologies.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools like Excel, HRIS, or compensation management software.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent in English (written and oral)</p> </li> </ul> <h2><b>What we offer</b></h2> <p>This is an opportunity for you to join us on a truly exciting transformation journey, where you’ll be able to leave footprints that last and contribute significantly to our vision.
