Senior Specialist Video Commerce (m/f/d)

<p> </p> <p>Area of Responsibilities: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute the video commerce strategy, working closely with the marketing, sales, global training team, and product teams to drive engagement and revenue through video</li> <li>Manage the distribution of video content across various channels, including social media, website, email, and other digital platforms</li> <li>Analyze video performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates</li> <li>Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video commerce and identify new opportunities to enhance our video commerce strategy</li> <li>Be responsible for CRM and client follow-up tasks, aligned with GDPR </li> <li>Manage project timelines and budget planning for video commerce initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to achieve project goals</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Profile of Qualifications:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Relevant qualification Marketing, Communications, Production or a related field</li> <li>Proven experience in a similar role, potentially home shopping television or live streaming services with a track record of developing and executing successful video commerce strategies </li> <li>Experience in production as well as using video streaming tools such as Bambuser </li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li> <li>Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of video production and marketing professionals </li> <li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze video performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations </li> <li>Willingness to travel between Bayreuth and Munich on a regular basis</li> <li>Fluent in English, with German and other languages being a huge plus</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p>
