And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of humanities.  </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Our People</strong></p> <p>At IE we are:</p> <ul> <li>People-driven</li> <li>Change Builders</li> <li>Autonomy Enthusiasts</li> <li>Communication Enthusiasts</li> <li>Knowledge Champions</li> </ul> <p><strong>We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.  </strong></p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>Your role as Senior Associate Director </strong><strong>will involve: </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Employer Relations &amp; Business Development:</strong> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to attract top-tier consulting firms to IE University. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Leverage alumni networks and faculty expertise to cultivate connections with prestigious consulting firms. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Manage and expand a portfolio of employer partners, including conducting regular visits and fostering relationships. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Represent IE University nationally and internationally at industry events and conferences (30% travel required). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Partner with the marketing team to create compelling communication and marketing plans for recruiting events. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Create and implement a framework for designing and monitoring Account Plans in multiple industries. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Student Career Preparation:</strong> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate consulting-specific training and events (case interview workshops, mock interviews, information sessions) for students interested in consulting careers. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaborate with student clubs to organize industry treks and networking events with consulting professionals. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Hold regular office hours to provide personalized career advice and coaching on case interview skills. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Develop and promote career resources and educational events relevant to the consulting sector. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Manage and report on employment data and statistics for consulting placements. </li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>To thrive in this role, you should have:  </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Master's degree. (MBA preferred) </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Minimum 4 years of experience in the consulting sector, preferably with a top-tier firm. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of the consulting industry landscape and recruiting practices. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Bilingual (English and Spanish) with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience coaching and mentoring students, with a focus on case interview preparation. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to travel regularly and work occasional evenings and weekends.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience building and managing external business relationships. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Global mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in business development or account management within the consulting sector. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of case interview methodologies
