Responsibilities

The Staffing and Bed Placement Manager is responsible for managing Shasta Regional Medical Center administrative staffing, bed placement for admissions to the hospital, and collaborating with the House Supervisor on operational issues.. Assumes coordination of projects for the CNO as delegated and appropriate. Performs secretarial and clerical duties with self-initiative.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1. BLS upon hire and maintain current.2. Previous supervisory experience, preferred.3. Knowledge of medical terminology, typing skills, calculator and/or ten-key adding machine.4. Word processing, spreadsheet experience required.5. Experience in healthcare preferred, preferably in an acute care setting.6. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00 to $28.24. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
