Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:
We’re seeking a talented Continuous Improvement & Process Engineer to join our Merlino (LO) plant. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and you will:
Evaluate existing production processes and propose changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, minimize risks, and improve product quality. You’ll focus on optimizing yields and productivity.
Identify opportunities for product specification improvements. Analyze product specifications, parts drawings, and engineering data to create new production processes.
Work closely with stakeholders with a collaborative attitude (maintenance, production, R/D, quality...) to address any production-related issues/matters that arise during various phases.
You are the right fit if you have/are:
Engineering Background
2/ 4 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within production.
Fluence in both Italian and English.
Willing to collaborate and to work in team;
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
