With about 1.200 employees, its success lies in the highly specialized and innovative team and technological know-how.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Your contribution to something big:</strong> </p><ul><li>Maintain and support of global Learning Management System (LMS) GlobalTeach, manage the introduction of new versions of LMS</li><li>Development and implementation of global product training standards, tools and methods</li><li>Develop and support global Certification Concept across all BUs within ST Product Business</li><li>Maintain and update the Bosch Connect Training Community</li><li>Design and describe training processes</li><li>Provision of regular KPIs (monthly, quarterly and annual reporting)</li><li>Create change requests, feedback SW faults and propose platform improvements as part of the application ownership</li><li>Support, coach and train the RSO-STN and BU-MKK</li><li>Document / create tutorials in how to use the LMS</li><li>Create / manage templates such as certificates and notifications</li><li>Coordinate local training team </li><li>Experiences with PowerBI</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What distinguishes you:</strong></p><ul><li>University Degree in Educational Technology, Multi-media Learning or related field</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of professional training development and training management experience in the business world</li><li>Experience in managing people, excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to think and work conceptually</li><li>Experiences with Excel and PowerBI reports</li><li>Fluent in English; German language is an advantage</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer you: </strong></p><p>Challenges in an international environment | career opportunities in one of the best companies in the world | flexible hours | medical services | discounts for employees | sports and health related activities | canteen | good access to public transports | space for creativity.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Success stories don´t just happen.
