As their Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll spearhead comprehensive SEO and social media strategies that will elevate property listings to the top of search results and create compelling content across multiple platforms. You’ll have the creative freedom to build from existing assets while implementing cutting-edge digital marketing techniques in the competitive real estate landscape. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, where your expertise will directly contribute to business growth and market dominance in a stunning tropical location. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute unique SEO strategies for individual property listings to dominate local search rankings and outperform competitors
Create engaging, optimized content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to showcase beautiful properties and local lifestyle
Transform existing property photos and videos into SEO-optimized, social media-ready content that drives engagement
Write compelling blog posts and social media content with strategic SEO focus to attract potential buyers and sellers
Design and implement email capture systems and automated newsletter campaigns using MailerLite platform
Build comprehensive email drip campaigns targeting different subscriber segments and featuring new property listings
Develop strategic content calendars and posting schedules to ensure consistent, high-quality digital presence
Analyze and optimize website SEO performance to reclaim top search positions from competitors
Collaborate with local photographers and videographers to create area-specific lifestyle and amenity content
Provide strategic guidance on emerging digital marketing trends and best practices in real estate marketing

Requirements

2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success in SEO and social media management
Strong track record of improving search rankings and driving organic visibility for competitive keywords
Expertise in managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Experience with email marketing platforms, with MailerLite knowledge preferred
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills with deep understanding of SEO optimization principles
Real estate or property marketing experience highly preferred
Self-motivated professional capable of working independently while providing strategic guidance to clients
Flexible availability for occasional client communication and collaboration sessions
Analytical mindset with ability to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
