Job Title

Senior Program Manager - Global SMB Solutions

About the Role

The Global Small Business Solutions team at Fiserv is building an integrated ecosystem of digital tools that help small businesses manage finances, grow operations, and seamlessly access embedded financial services through our partner banks.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be the execution engine behind this vision — leading the cross-functional delivery of product initiatives across digital onboarding, lifecycle cross-sell, platform integrations, and partner go-to-market launches. This role will require deep collaboration across product, engineering, design, risk, operations, and commercialization teams to ensure that we ship scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions on time and with precision.

You’ll operate at the center of delivery — owning timelines, resolving blockers, aligning stakeholders, and turning strategy into action.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex product initiatives across the SMBIS platform, including digital application flows, cross-sell infrastructure, and embedded merchant experiences.
  • Drive program planning and execution, ensuring on-time delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams by defining milestones, aligning stakeholders, and resolving cross-team dependencies.
  • Own cross-functional coordination between product managers, engineering leads, QA, operations, compliance, and commercialization teams.
  • Serve as the operational heartbeat of SMBIS go-to-market launches — managing timelines, implementation plans, and readiness tracking for bank partner rollouts.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including delivery roadmaps, release plans, risk logs, and progress dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve processes to scale program delivery efficiency and create structured repeatability across launches.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 7+ years of technical program management or delivery leadership experience in a product-led or SaaS organization
  • Proven success delivering cross-functional programs in a highly matrixed environment, ideally in fintech, payments, or embedded banking
  • Strong understanding of Agile development practices, software delivery lifecycles, and Jira/Confluence tooling
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills — with a proven ability to align technical and business teams around shared milestones
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups (product, engineering, operations, legal, marketing) to execute complex programs with external dependencies
  • Comfort operating in both strategic and tactical capacities — from roadmap-level planning to daily issue resolution

Bonus Points For

  • Experience launching financial products in regulated environments or with bank partners
  • Familiarity with digital onboarding, recommendation engines, or cross-sell experiences
  • Background working with commercialization teams (sales, enablement, marketing) to support market readiness and rollout planning
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
