Residential Concrete Foreman

Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Concrete Foreman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our residential projects, overseeing onsite activities, managing a team of skilled workers, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in concrete installation and your ability to lead and motivate a team will be key to our continued success.

As a Residential Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of residential concrete projects, including the scheduling of crews, materials procurement, and compliance with safety protocols. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in concrete work, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage concrete crew on residential projects.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timeline.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and General Superintendent to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor job site safety and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor crew members to ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Address any onsite issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets industry standards.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Participate in pre-construction and job site meetings.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in concrete construction, specifically in residential projects.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills; capable of working with various stakeholders.
• Basic computer/technology skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
