Summary

This position is responsible for assessing and correcting issues, if necessary, on warranty inspections. The position assumes general responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable job-site quality objectives of the business. The function of this position should be carried out from an attitude of helpfulness, patience, and courtesy, while also being resolute concerning adherence to industry standards and Baker Best Practices. The position requires collaboration and feedback to operational and training management.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Education
7 years of experience in Exterior Installation Services

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge:

Administrative and Clerical — General knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, and other office procedures and terminology.
