Overview:

VisualVault is a Global Enterprise SaaS platform that provides high volume, multi-tenant, business process automation. Work with the latest tools, software patterns, and best practices to deliver dynamic solutions in multiple business models.

Responsibilities:

• End to end management of successful client software implementation / integration projects, including administration of contractual deliverables and timelines.

• Ability to perform project control activities, including but not limited to, creating, and maintaining detailed project plans, weekly status reports, financial health reports, meeting minutes, and coordinating staffing activities using shared resource pool.

• Establish and manage customer expectations, changes, or gaps in delivery.

• Ensure the timely and budgeted completion of projects

• Communicate to team regarding project plan development, status, and change.

• Planning, decision making, and resourcing of project with client and internal team to understand expectations and goals for each team.

• Manage internal reporting and analysis for financial profitability across multiple and /or complex projects.

• Must enforce change management best practices including the use of RAID log and change control processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience working with external customers.

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise software implementations.

• State or Federal Government project experience preferred

• Manage customer interactions with diplomacy and professionalism.

• Experience in leading and coaching a team through project completion stages.

• Proven success managing multiple, complex, simultaneous projects, including managing scope, time, cost, and quality of delivery.

• Knowledge of software development process and cycle.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Experience with business applications, Jira, MS Project, MS Office, etc.

• Experience working with Agile concepts
