Software Implementation Scrum Master

Overview:

VisualVault is a Global Enterprise SaaS platform that provides high volume, multi-tenant, business process automation. Work with the latest tools, software patterns, and best practices to deliver dynamic solutions in multiple business models.

VisualVault is looking for a certified, experienced, and professional Scrum Master to lead large-scale public projects which implement our ECM platform. The right person has a passion for delivering customer solutions while executing various forms of Agile.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor teams towards Agile best practices including task definition, velocity, and burndown

• Continually monitor progress of team members and make appropriate adjustments

• Backlog grooming

• Sprint planning

• Must maintain traceability between requirements, user stories, and issues

Requirements:

• 3+ years of scrum master experience

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise software implementations.

• Government project experience preferred

• Manage customer interactions with diplomacy and professionalism.

• Experience in leading and coaching a team through project completion stages.

• Knowledge of software development process and cycle.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Jira administration including creation of reports and dashboards
