JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for active, friendly and data-oriented HR General Admin to support team on production plant IFE, based in Modřice near Brno.
Start date - 1st of March 2026, with a one-year limited contract. This is an on-site work with some flexibility or home-office occasianally.
YOUR TASKS
- End-to-end administration of HR documentation throughout the employee life cycle, including preparation of employment contracts, amendments, confirmations, and other HR-related documents
- Providing first-line HR support to employees regarding HR-related matters
- Updating employee data in SAP and UKG PeopleDoc systems during onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes
- Coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities, including arrangement of work equipment, benefit cards, and access rights
- Collaboration with a team of experienced HR professionals to optimize HR processes
- Regular preparation of HR reports and analyses, HR Controlling

- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, GDPR, and Czech labor legislation
YOUR PROFILE
- Secondary or university education in economics, humanities, or a related field
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR administration or a similar role; experience in an international environment is an advantage
- Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup formulas) and Outlook
- English at a communicative level (minimum B1), Czech language required
- Independent, well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to task resolution
- Experience with HR systems (SAP, UKG PeopleDoc) is an advantage
