Job Description

We are looking for an HR Specialist to support the full circle of recruitment and help with all the HR activities in Delta. Some of the main responsibilities are as below; 

• Meet with the line managers in order to understand the needs of the candidates
• Identify the right recruitment channels and search the candidates from those channels
• Screen and interview the right candidates
• Finalize the recruitment with the line managers together
• Support other HR activities as required

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition etc. 
• Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field
• Fluent in German and English; other second european language is a plus
• Understand the local job market
• Identify and select the right candidates
• Good communication skills
• Time Management skills
