You will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch to phase-out—ensuring a seamless transition at each stage. Your mission will be to develop and implement product roadmaps and strategies that promote sustainable growth and profitability. Collaborating closely with Engineering and Marketing teams, you will help build impactful roadmaps and support new product development while regionalizing global offerings. Strong collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance will be vital, as you provide insights to guide our enterprise strategy and long-term planning.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
New Product Development
- Market Research: Conducting market analysis to find opportunities and customer needs.
- Idea Generation: Leading brainstorming sessions to generate innovative product ideas.
- Concept Development: Refining ideas into detailed product concepts and specifications.
- Prototyping: Overseeing the creation of prototypes to test and validate concepts.
- Testing and Validation: Coordinating with product marketing user testing and feedback to ensure product viability.
- Launch Planning: Developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating product launches.
Life Cycle Management
- Product Introduction: Managing the launch phase, including marketing and distribution.
- Growth Strategies: Collaborate for the implementation of strategies to increase market penetration and sales.
- Maturity Management: Optimizing product performance and profitability during the maturity phase.
- Decline Strategies: Planning for product phase-out and transitioning customers to new solutions.
- Application / Use Case – Feature Prioritization
- Use Case Identification: Gathering and analyzing customer use cases to understand needs.
- Impact Assessment: Evaluating the potential impact and value of each feature.
- Resource Allocation: Prioritizing features based on available resources and strategic goals.
- Customer Feedback Integration: Incorporating user feedback to refine feature priorities.
- Alignment with Business Goals: Ensuring feature development aligns with overall business goals.
Product Road Mapping
- Vision and Goals: Defining the product vision and long-term goals.
- Timeline Development: Creating a detailed timeline for product development and releases.
- Milestone Setting: Establishing key achievements and deliverables for the product.
- Partner Communication: Keeping collaborators advised and aligned with the roadmap.
- Adaptability: Adjusting the roadmap based on market feedback and adjust priorities.
Product Requirements
- Functional Requirements: Specifying the features and functionalities of the product.
- Non-Functional Requirements: Defining performance, security, and usability criteria.
- User Requirements: Understanding and documenting user needs and expectations.
- Technical Requirements: Outlining technical specifications and constraints.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the product meets all relevant regulatory requirements.
Pricing, Forecasting, and Business Case
- Market Analysis: Conducting research to understand market conditions and competition.
- Pricing Strategy: Developing pricing models that improve profitability and market share.
- Sales Forecasting: Predicting future sales volumes and revenue.
- Cost Analysis: Estimating production, development, and operational costs.
- Business Case Development: Creating business cases to support investments and expected returns.
