Job Summary

Join our dynamic at Chase Field as a Catering Sales Coordinator and contribute to the exceptional guest experience at our Catering events. As a Catering Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and service to our event guests, ensuring they have a memorable time during events at the ballpark.

• Create and update customer account information and manage order auditing.
• Process payments for goods and services and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of menu offerings; make recommendations and upsell to guests.
• Create, modify, and close sales checks using the POS system and sales software program.
• Ensure all event paperwork, reports, and communication are accurate and timely.
• Build and maintain relationships with guest, ownership groups, and vendors to meet their needs.
• Present and execute catering services to exceed guest expectations, adhering to Levy Core Signature standards.
• Maintain show quality standards; respond to and resolve guest service issues.
• Implement event menus, promotions, and programs as directed by Director of Group Sales.
• Adhere to Responsible Alcohol Service policies and safety regulations; ensure compliance with Levy policies, procedures, and standards within Catering events.
• Foster a positive, cooperative work environment, promoting productivity and team collaboration.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, managing reserve data, and updating event files.
• Review financial entries and collaborate with accounting for accurate forecasting.
• Prepare final event invoicing and expense reports.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience working on major events and high volume catering sales requests.
• Experience with social media account management.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Suites, Sales software, data entry, and POS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and organization skills.
