Talent Acquisition Student

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Talent Acquisition team supporting our hiring efforts— mainly at the crucial first step: phone screenings.

Responsibilities:

• Learning about our open positions in detail to confidently and accurately present roles to candidates;

• Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit to the role and motivation (both for blue-collar and white-collar positions);

• Creating thorough screening notes, and uploading them into the ATS;

• Advising Talent Acquisition Partners on possible red flags or dissonances seen in the screening call;

• Booking interviews and maintaining candidate communication;

• Supporting Talent Acquisition Partners with administrative tasks;

• Helping maintain our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate data;

• Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements.

What we need you to have:

• Active university student status, preferably on a relevant field such as HR, Psychology, Sociology, etc;

• Previous Linkedin sourcing experience (advantage);

• Fluent communication in both English and Hungarian;

• Availability to work 20–30 hours/week in a hybrid setup;

• A people-person with a professional and friendly manner;

• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
