We are seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist (aka Corporate Recruiter) to help Amoria Bond expand our internal team in our vibrant Amsterdam office.

What You’ll Do:

🕵️ As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you’ll recruit internally for Amoria Bond—essentially, you’ll recruit the recruiters!
🤝 Build and grow your network of candidates primarily through LinkedIn
📋 Manage the entire candidate process: sourcing, qualifying, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding
💡 Represent Amoria Bond as your "client" and make a compelling case for your candidates

 

What You’ll Bring:

🌟 A driven, ambitious attitude and a love for working in a results-oriented team environment
👥 Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for connecting with people
🗣️ Fluency in Dutch and English, if not you need to have a minimum of one year of recruitment experience
📞 Experience in telemarketing, sales, or recruitment is a plus (but not a must!)
