HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION)

GS-12Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with developing, modifying and conducting training in classification, position management and desk audits. Experience conducting strategic thinking and analyzing data and information from several sources to reach conclusions. Experience preparing documentation for classification appeals and other inquiries. Experience with providing advice and guidance to managers and junior specialists regarding complex classification issues. GS-11Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with preparing and reviewing positions and job descriptions. Experience with locating, interpreting, analyzing and applying classification standards and guides. Experience with analyzing and anticipating potential problems to recommend preventative actions. Experience in written and verbal communication to research and present findings.
