HOW A SR. PROJECT MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Seeking Project/Task Sr Manager to support the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) and the Joint Mission Environment Testing Capability’s (JMETC), and the Test & Training Enabling Architecture (TENA) maintenance and modernization.

• Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or task(s).

• Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner.

• Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects.

• Demonstrates competent writing and oral communication skills. Ensures quality products and services are delivered.

            

​Duties typically include:

• Provides technical, administrative, and operational management to assigned projects or task(s), including contract and subcontractor management

• Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting

• May perform high level technical services on assigned task(s)

• Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload

• Manages risk tracking process

• Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaison

• Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff and stakeholders

• Coordinates development of deliverables and products

• Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables

• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience

• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret required (TS/SCI preferred)

• Preferred Skills: Experience supporting TRMC, TENA.

• Desired Certifications: IAM Level II/III Certifications, PMP, SCRUM, ASP

• Location: Remote, Hybrid, On Customer Site – Falls Church

The likely salary range for this position is $132,750 - $179,604. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
