Our portfolio spans power, thermal, and infrastructure management, complemented by a global network of 250+ service centers.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior FP&amp;A Analyst</strong> to join our team in <strong>Cluj-Napoca!</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As <strong>FP&amp;A Analyst</strong> – Trade Working Capital, you will take part in key activities of the team related to monthly / periodical reporting, monitoring, planning and analysis of working capital and cash flow for EMEA, working closely with EMEA Working Capital Business Partner and other cross-functional &amp; cross-regional teams including C2C, R2R, P2P, Corporate Treasury. </p> <p><strong>Job level</strong>: Senior</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What will you be doing? 📊</strong></p> <p>In this role you will <strong><u>support the Working Capital FP&amp;A Team</u></strong> with: </p> <ul> <li><strong>Monthly actuals, forecast processes</strong> at Entity (MU) and EMEA for TWC (Trade Working Capital) and submission in Hyperion Planning and HFM</li> <li><strong>Budget</strong> construction for next financial cycle</li> <li><strong>Weekly cash flow forecast</strong> process, with details at Entity level and EMEA</li> <li>Perform <strong>variance analysis</strong> Actual vs Forecast vs Previous year results, identify major variance drivers -investigate and take corrective actions, if needed</li> <li><strong>Ad-hoc analysis</strong> in reference to key decision making, investigations, data mining</li> <li>Preparation and development of management reporting</li> <li>Ensure data integrity in ERP and BI systems (Oracle, HFM and Hyperion Planning) through inquire, investigation and analysis </li> <li><strong><u>Continuous improvement</u></strong> of reports and analysis using all available tools, such as Power Query (Get &amp; Transform), PowerBI etc. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What are we looking for? 🎓</strong></p> <ul> <li>University Degree in Economics or Finance.</li> <li>3-5 years FP&amp;A experience; Audit or Data Mining a plus.</li> <li>Excellent communicator and data mining expert.</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel).</li> <li>PowerBI knowledge is an advantage.</li> <li>Experience with financial planning systems, preferably Hyperion Planning.</li> <li>International and culturally diverse work experience.</li> <li>Experience in transition work; Lean - Six Sigma skills advantageous.</li> <li>Language skills: English – Minimum C1 proficiency.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What will you get in return?</strong> </p> <ul> <li>13th salary. </li> <li>Meal vouchers. </li> <li>10 additional days of annual leave because we care about your leisure time.</li> <li>Medical insurance because we care about your health. </li> <li>International exposure regarding the work you will be doing. </li> <li>Sabbatical leave to focus on a hobby, attend a full-time course or simply take a break to introspect with your job guaranteed on return.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If <strong>YOU</strong> are the person we're looking for, apply now and let's shape your future career in a thriving environment! 🌟</p>
