In Würzburg currently 200 employees are working in the areas of software development, software quality assurance and product management as well as administration and Corporate Health.<br/><br/>We are successful together and you can become a part of it - true to our motto "Together in Würzburg with our colleagues worldwide".</p><h3>Join our team as:</h3><h2>Senior Requirements Analyst (m/w/d)</h2><h3>BEING PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL:</h3><ul><li>Gather and document Stakeholder, System, and Software requirements for small to medium size projects of average complexity for products across their strategic channel</li><li>Create and manage the System Requirements Specification</li><li>Identify both basic and ancillary discrepancies and conflicts in requirements</li><li> Clarify requirements with Stakeholders and downstream consumers</li><li> Coordinate reviews of requirements, and requirement management tooling and methods with teams throughout the organization</li><li> Work closely with project teams, including multiple stakeholders, to ensure requirements are understood and deliverables are aligned with long-term business objectives as well as project objectives</li><li> Appropriately identify and communicate risks related to requirements</li><li> Report on status of requirements to the Project Manager </li><li> Ensure requirements correctness, completeness, traceability, and testability in compliance with applicable standards</li><li> Manage change requests as it relates to changes in requirements</li><li> Identify and suggest improvements to engineering processes with respect to Scope Management and Requirements Analysis </li><li> Ability to manage diverse tool chains and multiple document formats </li><li> Provide reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem-solving techniques </li><li> Ability to proactively drive teams to creative and pragmatic solutions</li><li> Demonstrate proficient use and knowledge of established industry standards and procedures</li><li> Consistently demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization</li><li> Apply Garmin’s Mission, Vision, Values and Quality Policy and enthusiastically exhibits enthusiasm for and a desire to see Garmin succeed</li></ul><h3>YOU HAVE:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Software Engineering, Math or Physics or a technical field or another relevant field <b>AND</b> 5 years relevant experience <b>OR</b> an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience</li><li> Proficient understanding and experience in the field of requirements analysis</li><li> Proficient understanding of ASPICE, specifically in terms of SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3, and SWE.1</li><li> Experience with requirements management tools (JAMA, DOORs, etc.)</li><li> Agile/Scrum methodology experience and/or training</li><li> Experience with JIRA </li><li> Knowledge of FMEA methodology</li><li> Experience working with Global teams</li><li> Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li> Demonstrated sense of urgency, commitment, and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion</li><li> Welcome constructive feedback as an opportunity to improve</li><li> Consistent demonstration of quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization</li><li> Demonstrated professional approach to situations in which conflict is present</li><li> Must exhibit professionalism, be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others</li><li> Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel</li><li> Excellent time management and follow-up skills</li><li> Would be a plus if you have experience with data analysis methods and tools, including custom scripting for enhancing efficiency and with the use of AI for streamlining data
