Executive - Production Control Unit

Executive Production Control Unit (Unichela (Private) Limited - Vidiyal) - Kilinochchi 
Over the last three and a half decades - MAS Intimates has differentiated itself in the global fashion industry through its innovation mindset, strong technical competency, and sustainability initiative. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and an energetic individual to join the Production Control Unit team as an Executive Production Control Unit (Executive Work Level). This role would enable you to Ensure that material is secured as per the production plan for every sales order by coordinating with relevant departments, in order to facilitate continuity on the production flow / line and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Raw material availability accordance with Monthly / weekly frozen plan coordinating with suppliers / Logistic partners in order to start orders as per plan date.
• Conduct weekly / biweekly /monthly supplier meetings to review order status and prepare supplier performance/Score card/ reports to share with relevant parties and share the orders status weekly with planning teams.
• Participate in internal daily operational and cross-functional meetings, provide requested details, and effectively engage to find solutions for day today concerns.
• Create purchase orders for threads and consignments ordering while maintaining minimum and maximum levels to minimize storage space in stores. 

Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree in Production/ Manufacturing/ Operations or any other related field / equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset.
• 2 years of related experience in the relevant field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
