Senior Executive - Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Senior Executive - Marketing to join our team at Shoemart & Shoexpress Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be a National or Arab expat female who will bring a deep understanding of the Saudi retail landscape—especially customer behavior—paired with solid experience in event planning, media management, and content localization. She will play a critical role in shaping brand presence, driving in-store traffic, and delivering campaigns that resonate with the audience.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
•  Execute all marketing activities in KSA, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
•  Develop and manage brand collaborations to enhance market presence.
•  Implement marketing campaigns as per concept briefs, ensuring timely and effective execution.
•  Identify PR opportunities and manage brand activations in strategic locations.
•  Oversee and manage the KSA marketing budget, track expenses, and provide regular reports.
•  Create engaging TikTok and Snapchat content tailored for the KSA market.
•  Plan and execute media buying strategies to optimize brand visibility and engagement.
•  Collaborate closely with the retail team in KSA to understand market challenges and develop effective solutions.

Key Skills & Requirements:
•  Strong experience in marketing execution and campaign management.
•  Knowledge of the KSA market and consumer behaviour.
•  Expertise in social media content creation, especially TikTok & Snapchat.
•  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•  Ability to manage budgets and analyze marketing performance.
