<p>The Sr. Creative Brand Manager will lead and manage a team of designers as part of our Kerry’s In-house Agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work that aligns with Kerry's brand standards and strategic goals. This role involves overseeing brand governance, managing workflow, and supporting various initiatives including global tradeshows, employee branding, facility branding, and investor programs. This role will be located in our Naas office.</p><h2><b>Key responsibilities</b></h2>
<p><span>• Managing Team of Designers: Supervise and mentor a global team of graphic designers, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a collaborative work environment while managing and assessing the team’s workflow.</span></p>
<p><span>• Creative Management: Lead the creative direction for all brand-related projects, developing innovative design strategies that support Kerry's marketing objectives.</span></p>
<p><span>• Brand Governance and Development: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design outputs, maintaining and updating brand standards documentation. Ensure proper brand training across teams.</span></p>
<p><span>• Global Tradeshows: Manage design and oversee the production of materials for global tradeshows, collaborating with the events and digital teams to ensure brand consistency.</span></p>
<p><span>• Employee Brand: Create and manage internal branding initiatives to enhance employee engagement, designing materials for internal communications and events.</span></p>
<p><span>• Facility Branding: Oversee the design and implementation of branding for Kerry's facilities, ensuring the physical spaces reflect the company's brand identity.</span></p>
<p><span>• Special Events and Programs: Design presentations and materials for board tours, investor events and executive meetings, ensuring high-quality visual communication that aligns with strategic goals.</span></p>
<p><span>• Acquisitions / Brand Protection and Maintenance: Manage branding for acquisitions and mergers, protecting and maintaining the integrity of Kerry's brand during transitions.</span></p>
<p><span>• Kerry.com: Oversee the creative direction for Kerry's website, ensuring the design is user-friendly and visually appealing.</span></p><h2><b>Qualifications and skills</b></h2>
<p><span>Education & Training:</span></p>
<p><span>• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a related field.</span></p>
<p><span>• 8+ years of experience working in creative design.</span></p>
<p><span>• 1+ years managing a creative team.</span></p>
<p><span>• Proven ability to work with advertising agencies, effectively communicating goals, deadlines, and project requirements to ensure seamless execution by the internal team.</span></p>
<p><span>• Strong communication and attention to detail.</span></p>
<p><span>• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously</span></p>
<p><span>• Demonstrated experience in strategic and brand-aligned design.</span></p>
<p><span>• Fluency in both digital and traditional marketing media/channels.</span></p>
<p><span>• Ability to present business recommendations and provide rationale.</span></p>
<p><span>• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud CC and project management systems (Workfront, Monday.com, Jira, or Asana)</span></p>
<p><span>• Self-motivation and ability to pivot as a team player.</span></p>
<p><span>• Familiarity with contract management and creative agreements.</span></p>
