In this newly created role, you’ll be laying the foundation for CRM excellence – building the function from the ground up and shaping its direction based on your vision and expertise. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact across multiple markets worldwide.<br/><br/>You’ll lead our CRM initiatives - identifying growth opportunities and managing email and automation campaigns aimed at activating, converting, and retaining B2B customers. You’ll own performance across CRM KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and retention, and bring a test-and-learn mindset to everything you do. You’ll help shape the data infrastructure and privacy standards that underpin our CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with GDPR and other relevant regulations.<br/><br/>You’ll work closely with Legal and Data Engineering to ensure customer data is stored, accessed, and used correctly. You will collaborate closely with local marketing teams to gain deep market and customer insights and support their local CRM activities. On a cross-functional level, you’ll work with other members of the central digital marketing team along with Regional Marketing, Brand Marketing, and IT. <br/><br/>Are you passionate about turning customer data into personalized, high-converting CRM campaigns? And are you excited to work in a culturally diverse team?<p></p><p></p><p><b>Your responsibilities: </b><br/> </p><ul><li>Build and shape the CRM strategy and infrastructure for Miele Professional B2B, with a focus on creating high-impact campaigns resulting in lead generation – both quantity and quality – and sales conversion via our direct ecommerce platform.</li><li>Design and optimize lifecycle marketing strategies across key customer journeys (onboarding, conversion, retention, reactivation) and across multiple languages and markets: from brief and segmentation to scenario set-up, template creation, and A/B testing.</li><li>Analyze CRM performance across markets to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement (“Immer Besser”) and develop/manage reporting dashboards across all CRM KPIs.</li><li>Ensure data privacy and compliance (incl. GDPR) across all CRM activities.</li><li>Contribute to the CRM roadmap and tooling discussions, improving automation, data flows, and infrastructure.</li><li>Act as a trusted partner for local markets, understanding their local market and target audience insights, and providing markets with campaign reports and insights to jointly improve campaign performance.</li><li>Lead relationships with external agencies and delivery partners to ensure quality, innovation and scalability in marketing automation.</li><li>Present strategic recommendations in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What we are looking for: </span></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing or lifecycle marketing roles with a track record of delivering growth, preferably in B2B.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.</li><li>Proactive self-starter with a strong “can-do” mentality – someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and is eager to build and shape a new function from the ground up.</li><li>Able to independently design and present effective and innovative mid- and long-term strategies that drive channel and business growth.</li><l
