This position follows a hybrid working schedule with semi-regular in-person events and meetings onsite. We have 2 offices in Germany; one in the beautiful Bavarian capital Munich (Germany), and one in the German capital Berlin (HQ). We come together once a year to celebrate our successes together. 

• Vision and Strategy Development: As a Product Manager, you develop the vision and strategy of the product.
• Product Discovery: You work with customers and users to determine what the product will be, which values it provides and design the requirements.
• Product Development: Together with your agile team, you are responsible for all aspects of product development, from the idea to the roadmap to implementation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with your colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Support, IT-Operations and Engineering.
• Customer and Partner Engagement: You are an expert and valued point of contact for our customers and partners.
• Reporting: You report directly to the VP Product.

What you bring to the team:

• Professional Experience: You have already worked as a business analyst or product manager in the B2B sector and have at least five years of professional experience.

• Customer-Centric: You put the customer at the center of your actions and have experience with product discovery.

• Team Player: You know how to work as a team player in an agile environment.

• Affinity for Finance and Technology: You have a high affinity for finance, technology, and digitalisation.

• Proactive and Pragmatic: A proactive way of working and pragmatic solutions are a matter of course for you.

• Language Skills: Fluent English and strong presentation and communication skills complete your profile, with German being a notable advantage.

• You have experience in the financial industry and you know the digital processes of fintechs and financial service providers
• You understand compliance, esp. PSD2 / PSD3 / PSR & FIDA and you have already worked with APIs
• You are a certified Scrum PO / SM
