About This Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at CrowdStrike. This role will involve analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and supporting data-driven decision making across the organization.

Preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones.

What You'll Do:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

• Create and maintain process documentation in JIRA and Confluence

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using JIRA, Confluence and Tableau

• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights

• Support Quality and Resilience initiatives through data monitoring, process improvement, and risk mitigation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

• Ability to translate business needs into processes and/or technical requirements

• Demonstrated working knowledge of JIRA for project tracking and management

• Proficiency with Tableau for data visualization and reporting

• Experience with Confluence for documentation and knowledge management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working with Data Science Team(s) 

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of HTML for basic web content management

• Located in Eastern or Central time zone

• Experience in cybersecurity industry

• Advanced certification in business analysis or data analytics

• Experience with agile methodologies
