Creative Services Coordinator

MOR-TV is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our Tampa, FL station comprising MOR, Me TV Tampa Bay, and Estrella TV. As an integral part of the Creative Services Department, This full-time role is pivotal in boosting our brand's presence through impactful events and experiential marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and direct a talented group of twenty brand ambassadors for Team MOR and Team Estrella, including planning team schedules, managing hours, and recruiting new members. 
  • Plan weekly events from inception to conclusion, proactively addressing potential issues and troubleshooting effectively.
  • Plan intricate details of events including, creation of the on-site layout, the distribution of marketing materials, delegation of event responsibilities, and provide event recaps.
  • Work with Creative Services Director on selecting and planning events to participate in throughout the year.
  • Understand and cater to the complex requirements and needs of diverse events.
  • Seek new opportunities to enhance the number and quality of station events.
  • Update the station website and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms.
  • Oversee team uniforms, branded team vehicles and golf cart, support trailers, and more.
  • In-person attendance required.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Exceptional social media and website skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with the ability to generate reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Photography and videography skills are desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to flourish under pressure, demonstrating both organization and self-motivation.
  • Strong independent working capabilities with diligent adherence to instructions.
  • Team player with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to set-up and breakdown pop up tents & tables, and load gear in and out of vehicles and trailers.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Valid driver's license (hire is contingent on good driving record).
  • Related military experience will be considered..=
