Job Description

• You support service management initiatives to implement a service management framework with the service lines B2C and B2R;
• You support the develop and execution of strategies and plans for the various ITIL4 service management practices;
• You focus on the further development and improvement of the charging concept for our services as well as it’s implementation;
• You support the design of concepts and strategies incl. communication plans to ensure clear, consistent and timely communication, and proactively identify and remove barriers to change;
• Monitoring and measuring of the effectiveness of service management activities to ensure successful implementation and adaptation also falls within the scope of your responsibilities;
• Last but not least, you serve as a trusted advisor and service management subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to your project teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies in business administration, project management, organizational psychology, change management, communications or a comparable subject.
• Experience and Knowledge: experience in projects and IT initiatives, strong communication skills; deep understanding of service management methodologies, tools and techniques; familiarity with accounting processes and the finance domain round off your profile.
• Personality and Working Practice: you are collaborative and team-oriented; you are resilient and adaptable; you have a passion for building consensus and fostering a culture of continuous improvement; excellent written and verbal communication skills characterize you.
• Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English; additional languages (German) of advantage.
