Our IT-unit supports this journey by driving digitalization, new ways of (digital) working and customer focused deliveries for the whole Vattenfall group.

We are looking for an individual which supports our great team as Project Administrator in Berlin, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Stockholm and Katowice 

What will you do? 
To support our delivery leads and IT project managers and enable an efficient international cooperation, IT Service Management sets the scene and maintains the commercial prerequisites. You will contribute actively by providing all needed administrative support in a timely and audit-proof manner. You will work with several IT tools and be responsible for data quality in the IT Service Management processes.

Your tasks and responsibilities: 

• Create and maintain our business services in the IT tools
• Enable the delivery organization by providing project booking elements for cost and time writing in SAP
• Take care about master data to support the surrounding IT processes (request management, change management) with reliable information
• Develop the internal data model and service steering together with the other roles in IT service management 
• Cooperate with IT controlling and charge-out team for an effective cost steering of IT
• Add-on: take responsibility for the external customer invoicing of the German IT unit

Qualifications

Who are you? 
 
As our Project Administrator you will bring value to the IT organization business enablement. You are open minded and communicative with a strong customer orientation. You like to work with numbers and being extraordinary correct in doing so. You want to go the extra mile to satisfy our business stakeholders – the mission of IT Service Management.

Next to this you bring: 

• IT or business administration graduate with first work experience OR
• Accountant with 5 year work experience
• project management basics, with focus on cost and time steering
• Strong analytical thinking, you successfully worked with data models and process flows
• Strong communication and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Work independently and with own initiative
• Experience with SAP, MSO products
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German
