Then this might be your chance to join Vattenfall IT as our new team of international IT Project Managers (YIFPM) is eager to grow with two more IT Project Managers!

Your position
As an IT Project Manager you will lead projects of various natures and sizes through the whole of the Vattenfall Group. From supporting new apps for R&D to improve the CRM systems, from business specific applications to data center transformations. With the support of the Project Management Office team, our IT Project Managers lead multidisciplinary and international teams and contribute directly to Vattenfall strategy. You will be a part of a great team consisting of both internal and external employees, located in Sweden and Netherlands.

Main tasks and responsibilities as a IT Project Manager:

• Grasp a project value, timeframe and deliverables; understand your customer requirements, and translate these into clear IT requirements
• Plan, execute, follow-up, and deliver projects according to or above customer expectations
• Coordinate interactions with different stakeholders (Business Units, Solution Architects, other IT departments, external providers, etc)
• Develop, implement and deploy project plans
• Understand and use the Vattenfall IT tools and ways of working and ensure adherence to Vattenfall standards and instructions
• Coordinate international teams of project resources, actively bridging cultural differences

Qualifications

 We are looking for candidates who:

• Have an academic degree in IT or relevant field and have between 2-7 years of experience from working in IT projects
• Have a genuine interest and general knowledge in IT
• A genuine interest in the energy business and its current developments
• Have a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Are advanced in both Swedish and English (writing/speaking)
• A relevant certification (IPMA, Prince2, PMP etc.) is desirable

Additional Information

Location
Solna. Some travel to other Vattenfall sites as well as international travel is required.
