When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>General Description</b>:</p><p>We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Congresses to join our team and play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of medical congresses worldwide. This individual will be responsible for logistics, booth management, and medical event support across global and regional congresses. The role is instrumental in supporting Global Medical Affairs teams, particularly in the U.S., to ensure seamless execution of congress activities aligned with our scientific and medical strategy.</p><p></p><p>In addition, this individual will assist with the planning and execution of select internal meetings within Europe. Responsibilities will include site selection, registration and all on-site logistical aspects associated with the meeting.</p><p></p><p>This role reports to the Director, Global Congresses and works closely with Global Medical Affairs and crossfunctional teams to deliver high-impact congress experiences. This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly specialized, fast-paced oncology environment, collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance our presence at key medical congresses.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Essential Functions of the job</b>:</p><p></p><p><u>Congress Management &amp; Booth Operations:</u></p><ul><li><p>Oversee the sponsorship agreements, all logistics (accommodation, congress registrations, business centers, etc.) and booth support for Tier 2 congresses (such as - not limited to: WCLC, ASCO GI, ESMO GI, ERIC CLL) and Tier 3 congresses (such as - not limited to: IwNHL, ELCC, SOHO, ECP, ESH), ensuring alignment with medical objectives.</p></li><li><p>Partner with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams to manage booth setup, branding, and compliance.</p></li><li><p>Support the Director, Global Congresses in the design and buildout of exhibit booth at EU-based Tier 1 congresses (such as - not limited to: EHA, ICML, IwCLL, ESMO), ensuring an engaging and impactful presence.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate shipping, installation, dismantling, and overall booth logistics. Data Sharing &amp; Compliance</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the Global Operations &amp; Business Analytics (GOBA) team to track and report on HCP participation at congresses.</p></li><li><p>Support post-congress reporting, including metrics, insights, and process improvements.</p></li><li><p>Utilize data and feedback to continuously enhance the congress experience and identify areas for growth.</p></li><li><p>P<span>ossibility of providing on-site assistance for high-profile internal meetings organized by the Global Meetings team in Europe. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Internal Meeting support:</u></p><ul><li>Oversee all logistical aspects of select internal meetings within Europe, such as but not limited to food and beverage, registration, audio-visual, venue selection and management.</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Stakeholder Engagement:</u></p><ul><li><p>Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external and internal partners to enhance the quality and reach of events.</p></li><li><p>Act as the primary point of contact for all congresses in scope. Market Analysis and Trends:</p></li><li><p>Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologiesin event management to drive innovation and improve event offerings.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Compliance and Risk Management:</u></p><ul><li><p>In collaboration with Compliance, Legal, and Corporate Affairs s/he/they will ensure that all activities are conducted in a compliant manner with BeiGene policies, procedures, and local regulatory/legal requirements, company policies and code of conduct.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b>:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical / biotech Industry or healthcare related association/society experience (strong preference for Oncology experience).</p></li><li><p>Experience in oncology or another specialty focused therapeutic area highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in pharmaceutical congress and meetings compliance, transparency reporting, and data sharing requirements.</p></li><li><p>Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) strongly preferred or strong meeting technology knowledge (Smartbits, Cvent...).</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of event technologies and congress platforms.</p></li><li><p>Ability to navigate through budget/resource constraints to deliver on business priorities to support existing product portfolio and launches of new products into the marketplace.</p></li><li><p>Strong project management skills and ab
