Our goal is to strengthen the skills and capability to support our clients in designing and implementing tailored, business-led solutions.</p> <p>Our Transformation professionals help C-suite executives and business leaders to achieve Digital World Class performance by redefining (cross-) functional strategies, designing innovative operating models, and implementing proven best practices. </p> <p>We use our extensive understanding of SG&amp;A functions and Global Business Services (GBS) to define and implement (digital) transformation programs that include the optimization of End-to-End processes such as Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire as well as the re-alignment of organization structures &amp; skills to drive improvements in the cost structure and the overall value provided to the enterprise.</p> <p><strong>Be part of our Journey:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Fortune 500 and DAX-listed companies </li> <li>Experience a broad exposure to full life-cycle transformation projects across SG&amp;A functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Sales)</li> <li>Benefit from our unique, fact-based methodologies, benchmarks, research IP, and revolutionary tools (e.g., <a href="https://www.thehackettgroup.com/ai-xplr/" target="_blank">AI XPLR™</a>)</li> <li>Work as a valued member of small, senior project teams and engage directly with C-level executives and business leaders</li> <li>Become part of a dynamic, truly international consulting business</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Skills &amp; Career:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An outstanding bachelor’s degree with an economic, finance or comparable focus</li> <li>An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in management consulting  </li> <li>Experience in defining (cross-) functional strategies and transformation programs </li> <li>Experience in optimizing Finance operating models across Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report and Controlling</li> <li>Experience in designing and implementing Global Business Services, Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing, and Centers of Excellence</li> <li>Knowledge of HR, Procurement, IT, and/ or Sales operating models is a plus</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li> <li>High reliability, team spirit and motivation to work for a leading, global management consultancy</li> <li>Interest in driving change by combining strategy development and implementation of holistic transformation programs</li> <li>Ability to deliver high-quality work results independently and in a team environment</li> <li>Advanced MS Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) </li> </ul>  <strong>Language Requirements:</strong> Fluency in German and English
