IT Project Manager, Hotel Operations (M/F/X)

Our challenge is the definition, planning and execution of our strategy that future-proof our business and ensure we remain competitive. </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Within the scope of our FOLS Replacement Program aiming to rapidly and extensively deploy a cloud-based PMS, we are seeking a Project Adoption Manager for the entire duration of the program.</p><p>You will work with the program team from the preparation and launch phase to the post-live phase. Frequent travel, visiting hotels within your scope, and maintaining constant contact with them will be required.</p><p>As a project manager, you'll ensure that all change requests that may affect hotel operations are analyzed, and their impacts and risks are appropriately assessed.</p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</p><p>- Uphold main SOPs and adapt as necessary due to system changes.</p><p>- Participate in deploying success measurement practices: survey design, deployment, evaluation, and reaction to content and feedback.</p><p>- Conduct follow-up interviews, mystery guest visits, and document findings, reporting back to the program team members.</p><p>- Maintain regular communication with operational leaders in these areas and relay necessary program information and updates.</p><p>- Participate in learning OPERA Cloud at an operational competence level at the hotel reception.</p><p>- Participate in deployment meetings: Aid deployment engineers and participants by sharing knowledge about Accor's processes and operational adjustments.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>At least 2 to 3 years of hospitality experience in at least one of the following areas of the hospitality industry: reception, revenue management, finance and guest accounts, catering, customer services, human resources, and training.</p><p><strong>Soft skills &amp; Hard skills : </strong></p><p>• Significant experience in project management, change management, and problem-solving in the hospitality sector.</p><p>• Experience with OPERA Cloud or OPERA V5 is preferable.</p><p>• Experience with FOLS is a plus.</p><p>• Initial experience with hotel applications and technologies.</p><p>• Strong customer service skills, ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously, and tackle multiple challenges.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills: written and oral.</p><p>If you enjoy working in a team, collaborating with diverse cross-functional international teams, traveling to different cities and countries, visiting hotels;</p><p>Share the values and goals of the program, with the desire to contribute to the success of a complex project at Accor;</p><p>And you are comfortable in English, then this position is perfect for you!</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Why work at Accor ? </strong>We are much more than a global leader.
