SAP SuccessFactors / HR Cloud Solution Architect

<p>Your roles &amp; responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Implementation of Global HR Processes supervising the progress of the project with respect to quality, timelines &amp; strategy.</li> <li>Project initiation, planning and consulting during the project lifecyle of requirement definition, vendor selection, conception, technical concept development, implementation &amp; change management. </li> <li>Advice the implementation of business requirements, including process analysis and system configuration of the modules onboarding, recruiting, learning, performance management, compensation with a special focus on best practice, system standards and operating conditions</li> <li>Managing project deliverables, scope and expectations and coordinates project progress with stakeholders and program management</li> <li>Makes project decisions and recommendations to program management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from others as needed</li> <li>Owns the IT authority over respective HR Cloud applications</li> <li>Architecture ownership (Big Picture, roadmap, efficient use)</li> <li>Cloud Advisor for HR business and Process Owners</li> <li>Contribute ideas for the continuous further development of the cloud solution</li> <li>Ensure consistent processes across solution from technical perspective (Change Management, Release Management)</li> <li>Manage HR Cloud Service contracts, Integrate with IT central service management incl. commercials</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your skills &amp; strengths</p> <ul> <li>Min. 3 years of experience in SuccessFactors project implementation and maintenance </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in economic computer science or similar</li> <li>HR Cloud Project Management experience and passionate about digital transformation in HR</li> <li>Excellent understanding of end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations</li> <li>Certification in any of the SuccessFactors modules PMGM, Compensation, LMS, Onboarding &amp; Recruiting is a plus</li> <li>Several years of relevant professional experience in managing comprehensive (IT) projects, project management and international IT project experience</li> <li>Very good organizational skills including the capability of setting priorities; accurate and detail-focused without being a perfectionist</li> <li>Strong stakeholder and project management skills</li> <li>Good functional knowledge of the HCM systems </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li> <p>English language skills on min.
