About the role

The Table Games Dealer oversees the operation of assigned table games to ensure accurate gameplay, regulatory compliance, and a positive guest experience. Key duties include dealing games efficiently, managing table funds, and maintaining control of cards, chips, and equipment while monitoring play for irregularities or potential cheating. The role requires delivering excellent guest service, paying wins accurately, and upholding safety and security standards for both guests and team members. Dealers are also expected to maintain strong knowledge of property amenities, promotions, and events while consistently presenting a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support casino operations. 

  • Deal assigned table games accurately while continuously monitoring table funds, chip movements, and overall game flow.  

  • Maintain strict control over gaming cards, chips, and equipment to ensure game integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.  

  • Observe and evaluate player behavior to identify potential cheating, unusual play patterns, or other suspicious activity.  

  • Provide exceptional guest service by responding to player needs, answering questions, and fostering a positive and engaging gaming atmosphere.  

  • Process and pay all winning wagers accurately and efficiently.  

  • Uphold safety and security protocols to protect guests, team members, and casino assets.  

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of property amenities, services, promotions, and special events to assist and inform guests.  

  • Demonstrate a consistently pleasant, friendly, and welcoming demeanor, using positive communication and professional presentation at all times.  

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support table games operations and overall casino performance. 

 

  • Technical school education in dealing specified game or equivalent experience.  

  • Must hold a valid Colorado gaming license.  

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.  

  • Understand and adhere to all Colorado of Gaming regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
